Painting Services
We offer both interior and exterior painting services, from a single room to the whole house.
Rates:
Our basic labor rates for same color (refreshing) start at $1.80 a sf. A 12' x 12' room runs $256. This includes walls, ceilings, and trim. Naturally excessive repair work, extra coats, and color changes run a bit more.
We will also provide the paint (at cost), but prefer the homeowner purchases it to insure that the colors are exactly what they want.
Exterior painting rates: We don't actually have a set rate for exterior painting as the condition of the existing walls determine the cost.
